How do I put in a service request if I have a problem?

1) Call our office at (405) 948-1797 and choose option 2 for Service Dispatch and speak with a dispatcher.

2) Send an email to service@travisvoice.com  Include your company name, a working call back telephone #, the name of the person to call back, and a brief description of the issue.

Why have we stopped receiving our voicemails to our email?

Most often this happens when a company’s public IP address has changed. This can happen when changing over to fiber, or something like moving business locations. The next most likely cause is a change to the password of the email account being used for the phone system to send emails. Some companies change these annually or bi-annually, or after some type of network breech.

What is a Hosted Phone System?

A hosted phone system is where your phone system is not based on your company’s premises. This gives your company more flexibility , with easier access for remote teleworkers and mobile users.
