Hosted Phone Salesperson

Travis Voice & Data is in search of a Salesperson. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to scale throughout the company. The ideal candidate has some experience in sales, but still willing to learn. They exhibit qualities such as timeliness, self-motivated, a people person, and the ability to pick things up quickly.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

  • Meets with new and existing customers to maintain a good relationship with hands on interaction

  • Finds qualifying leads for phone sales

  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

This position includes commission! This is a full-time position. Salary is contingent upon experience starting at $30,000 with benefits AND commission.  Full time employment comes with benefits such as Dental/Health insurance, 401k, and Life Insurance. We are an 8am-5pm Monday through Friday office, with no evening or weekend commitments.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business or equivalent experience

  • 1 years of industry sales experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and phone systems

  • Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
